Flower Processors
Top Quality
Our flower processing lines are built to handle your production. We use heavy-duty components and a modular design, for performance and flexibility, whether you “chop & plop” or hand-tie and bind your bunches. All components are U.S. sourced, and built to last. You can process up to 6,000 bunches per hour or 3,000 per hour when using binders.
Bucket De-Stackers/ Water Fillers
Custom-made
Designed to quickly, and reliably do the work of one employee, this machine will pay for itself in less than one year. With over 20 machines currently operating at major flower companies, you can count on the Bozco Model HBF to do the job. This machine can handle most bucket sizes and adjust quickly from one bucket to another. The HBF-600 comes as a stand-alone machine or with a magazine for additional stack of buckets. You can also integrate our conveyor systems to deliver the bucket where it is needed.
Pneumatic Flower cutters
World Class Standards
Our pneumatic flower cutter does away with the dangerous
exposed blade of traditional guillotine style cutters. Cut your bunches quickly and safely, with less operator fatigue. Using only compressed air, with no electricity for your often wet environment, you only place the bunch, close the guard and press a button on the handle to cut. Both hands must be engaged for cutter to operate, making sure your operators are safe.

ABOUT BOZCO RESOURCES
Since opening in September of 1986, Bozco Resources has been a distributor of industrial packaging materials and equipment. As our customer’s needs expanded, we did as well, providing conveyors, work positioners and automation for packaging and shipping applications.
We work with a wide array of customers: manufacturing distribution, horticulture, printing and packaging. One area of specialization that has grown over the years is in the Post-harvest Horticultural Market. Our floral customer group encouraged us to manufacture flower processing equipment, to improve upon the machinery they were buying offshore, which led to our design and production of our HB7 Flower Processing Line and our HBF Bucket De-Stacker/Filler among other items.
The integration of our Bozco line of machines with both custom, and off the shelf machinery and equipment, including: strapping machines, carton sealers, stretch wrappers, conveyors, elevators and more, is our current niche.
